Sterling
acquisition not pursued
Pursuant to the terms of the April 17th, 2002 agreement between Umicore, Sterling Semiconductor, Inc. and Uniroyal Technology Corporation, the parties have decided not to pursue the proposed acquisition of Sterling by Umicore.
